Pricing

Pricing built around how many fans you actually move, not how many seats you can fill.

Three named tiers, sized to where you are today and how you grow tomorrow. The right fit is a conversation, not a price tag — book a 20-minute demo and we'll map the right tier to your audience and the campaigns you want to run.

Three tiers. One for every stage of fan engagement.

Pick the tier that matches your rhythm — launching a first activation, running campaigns weekly, or operating fan programs at scale. The middle tier is the one most teams land on.

Talk to Sales

Every tier ships with SOC 2 Type II, GDPR-clean data handling, and the same 8-minute median launch time.

Pick the path that matches your stage, not your headcount.

Tiers map cleanly to the kinds of teams already winning on Funiacs. Here's what "right-sized" looks like in practice — drawn from real customer archetypes in our base of 2,400+ brands.

Creator host running a live trivia stream from a home studio

Creator-led business

Launchpad fits when you're proving the format.

If you're a creator or small team running your first poll, prediction, or trivia night, Launchpad gives you the full mechanics without the overhead. Most creators who start here graduate to Core once a campaign crosses ~30,000 monthly interactions.

  • 3 active campaigns at a time — plenty for a weekly activation cadence
  • Native share to Twitch, YouTube Live, and Discord
  • Audience segments exported straight to your email tool

Mid-market DTC brand

Core fits when campaigns become a weekly channel.

This is the tier most mid-market DTC and community teams land on. Core unlocks the commerce bridge — 41% of interactive campaigns on Core trigger a measurable add-to-cart within 24 hours — and the segment builder your CRM team will actually use.

  • Unlimited campaigns — run a launch, a loyalty push, and a trivia night at once
  • Commerce bridge with Shopify, BigCommerce, and custom storefronts
  • Pre-built segments for cart-abandoners, repeat buyers, and engaged lurkers

Sports franchise or league

Arena fits when fan engagement is a department, not a project.

For sports organizations operating across multiple teams, competitions, or properties, Arena is built around the fans you actually move — not the seats you license. Includes SSO, custom data residency, and the prediction-market mechanics that power activations for 9 of the Top 25 most-followed European football clubs.

  • Pricing scales with verified interaction volume, not flat seats
  • SSO, SCIM, RBAC, and 99.95% uptime SLA
  • Dedicated CSM and quarterly business reviews

A note on how we price

We price on the fans you move, not the seats you license.

Most engagement tools charge per seat, per campaign, or per "workspace" — which means the bill climbs every time your team grows, but stays flat when your fans disengage. That math is upside-down for a category that should reward outcomes.

Funiacs prices on the fans you actually move — the verified interactions your audience has with polls, predictions, trivia, and live challenges. A team that runs one massive activation that moves two million fans pays more than a team that runs fifty small activations that move a hundred thousand. The pricing follows the work, not the org chart.

We built it this way because the brands we work with — Athletic Greens, Dude Perfect, Manchester United Women, Linktree, the LA Galaxy — were all being asked to choose between paying for capacity they couldn't use and leaving reach on the table. Neither felt right. The tier you land on reflects the audience you actually move, and the tier you grow into follows the campaigns you prove out.

The questions we get before every pricing conversation.

If your question isn't here, bring it to the demo — we'd rather answer it in 30 seconds than have you guess.

What counts as a "fan interaction"?

An interaction is any verified response a fan submits inside a Funiacs campaign — a poll vote, a prediction placement, a trivia answer, a live challenge submission. Views, impressions, and passive page loads don't count. You see your running interaction total in the dashboard in real time, and we cap your tier at 80% so you get a heads-up before you hit the ceiling.

How long are contracts, and can we cancel?

Launchpad and Core are annual contracts with a 30-day cancellation window after the first 90 days. Arena contracts are typically multi-year to support dedicated CSM and custom engineering, with negotiated exit terms. We don't do auto-renew traps — your CSM will reach out 60 days before any renewal.

What if we're migrating from another engagement tool?

Migration is included on Core and Arena. We import your existing campaign templates, segments, and reward rules from most major platforms in under two weeks. Our customer success team has run migrations for teams switching from Gleam, Woobox, and several custom in-house tools — we'll scope the cutover in the demo.

How does Arena pricing actually get structured?

Arena is priced on three inputs: verified monthly interaction volume, the number of properties (teams, brands, or regional pages) you operate, and the support tier you need. We share a structured quote after a 20-minute scoping call — no surprise line items, no implementation fees hiding in the fine print, and no per-seat charges that punish growth.
